Soledad Mier, 96, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, June 19, 2018. Mrs. Mier is preceded in death by her parents; Rosario and Maria Ignacia Mier, and husband Margarito Aguirre.

She is survived by her children; Julia G. (Luciano) Escobedo, Alicia Gonzalez (Jose) Piña, Maria Luisa Aguirre, Rufina Aguirre, Consolacion Aguirre, and Alejandrina Aguirre (Reymundo) Pedroza; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, sister; Carmen Ibarra; as well as other family members and friends that will greatly miss her.

Visitation will be held Thursday, June 21, 2018, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Nieto Funeral Home & Crematory where a prayer service will be held at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 22, 2018 at Nieto Funeral Home where a chapel service will be officiated at 11:30am. Interment will follow immediately in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
